Driven Finance is a division of Driven Group, a Perth based boutique finance and property agency. We have extensive knowledge and the experience to support our clients in shaping the future they are working hard for.

We will assess your needs and then provide you with the best product to suit your budget and situation. We handle the whole process – from your first meeting with us right through to settlement.

All Consultants are licensed Finance Brokers and we are members of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association Australia).

Finance - About Us

Our story begins in 1985, when Shane Lavender and Troy Houlahan first met in Kindy — the beginning of a lifelong friendship that would later turn into a successful business partnership.

Fast forward to 2006.

Driven was founded at Troy’s dining room table, where Troy and Shane began assisting clients with property, car, motorbike, boat, jet ski and equipment finance. What started as a small operation built on trust, hard work and genuine care quickly began to grow.

Over the years, they established a strong reputation for providing thoughtful, strategic finance solutions — always taking into account their clients’ individual circumstances and long-term goals.

Through their extensive involvement in the property buying and selling process from a finance perspective, Troy and Shane witnessed both the positive and negative experiences their clients encountered with real estate agents. It became clear that there was an opportunity to do things differently.

Driven by a shared passion for property and a desire to raise the standard of service, they launched Driven Property in 2018.

Their goal was simple: to make a genuine difference to the buying and selling experience by delivering personalised service, honest advice, and a new benchmark for professionalism in the industry.
