Our story begins in 2006 with founders Troy Houlahan & Shane Lavender working from Troy’s dining room table, assisting clients with property, car, motorbike, boat, jet ski & equipment finance.

Over the years their business grew and they now have a well established reputation for assisting clients with finance considering their circumstances & future goals.

Over many years of experiencing the process of buying & selling property from a finance point of view, Troy & Shane have witnessed the positive & negative experiences their clients have had with Real Estate Agents.

From this, Troy & Shane realised they also have a passion for Real Estate sales, deciding to open Driven Property in 2018. They feel they can make a real difference to a buying or selling experience by offering a real, personalised service and set a new standard in this industry.
