Mel is a highly adaptable and motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. Dependable, detail-oriented, and versatile in his approach, he brings a strong analytical mindset through his background in Mechanical Engineering, enabling him to solve problems effectively and perform well under pressure.

Before joining Driven Property Management, Mel gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, developing strong communication, coordination, and client service skills. He also worked as a Duty Manager for Decathlon, where he further strengthened his leadership and operational management abilities.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys camping, mountain hiking, and trail running in the mountains of Cebu. He also enjoys drawing, painting, and cooking, and values continuous growth, meaningful experiences, and bringing positive energy into both his personal and professional life.
