Michelle Lavender

Michelle started her career in banking with Bankwest in 2006. She began from humble beginnings in the mail room, progressing through various areas of loans processing, managing a team, running a broker portfolio, and ultimately working as an Executive in Strategy for Third Party. During her time at Bankwest, Michelle developed a passion for process improvement, risk and business development.

Michelle assists the team by enabling them to do what they do best by working behind the scenes. She manages the operations of the business, which ranges from onboarding new team members, managing the fleet of Driven cars you see on the road, to payroll, compliance, and anything else that may be happening in the business.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Shane, and their two young children, Kobe and Sophie. When she is not running around after the children, you can find her on the tennis court.
