Katie Houlahan

Katie brings a strong blend of entrepreneurial insight, commercial acumen, and real estate expertise to her role as Property Management Business Development and Property Sales Consultant.

 After completing a Commerce degree at Curtin University with a major in Entrepreneurship, Katie began her career in corporate recruitment, where she spent six years building a reputation for results-driven performance and strong client relationships. She later transitioned into the real estate industry, joining REIWA’s Business Development team, where she supported member engagement and strategic growth initiatives across the sector.

Following her time at REIWA, Katie balanced family life with a series of successful business ventures, founding, growing, and selling three businesses across the retail, beauty, and fitness industries. Most notably, she established and later sold two Pilates studios in Floreat and Osborne Park, further demonstrating her strengths in sales strategy, operations, and customer experience.

A Balcatta local, Katie attended Balcatta High School after being accepted into its Special Dance Program, instilling a strong sense of discipline and commitment from an early age.

Katie is married to Troy, Director of the Driven Group, and together they are proud parents to Austin, Isla, and Scarlett.
