Kim is an experienced administrative assistant known for her attention to detail, organisation, and proactive approach to supporting team operations. With several year’s experience in administration across diverse settings – from hospitals to government offices, and most recently in real estate, Kim brings a wealth of skills to her role at Driven.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Kim has developed a deep understanding of communication, organisation, and problem-solving, all of which she applies daily to keep our sales and property management teams running at their best.

In her role, Kim ensures all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, from meticulous data entry to anticipating team needs. By keeping our back-office operations seamless, she frees up our property managers to focus on what matters most – building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and buyers, and achieving the best outcomes for their properties.

Outside of work, Kim loves exploring new places—especially relaxing at the beach—and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a big Harry Potter fan, has a soft spot for anything pink, and never says no to a good cup of coffee!
